Courage To Trust, Act I is the debut record from Mike Walker where he plays all the instruments and vocals. It`s an emotional theatrical concept based on a girl’s life from the point of being born to the end of what could be called Act I when she enters into adulthood – soon to be followed by Act II

Walker talks about the record,

As a recording artist and songwriter I live to tell stories in music. Whatever the genre. I just want to share my experiences and I find it best to express them through music. I have been home recording since 2002, initially to learn how to sing.

Singing is how I express myself. On the CD Courage To Trust, all the lyrics were sung directly, no writing on paper or laptop (any other device).
Straight from the heart and mind in a collaborative way led by the music.
