Stoned Jesus: Allegory of life
Stoned Jesus - Pilgrim

Stoned Jesus release official video for third single Thessalia from their upcoming album Pilgrims, September 7th via Napalm Records.
In the video, each band member of the Ukrainian trio fights his own battle, cooped up in a small closet with everyday things around them. It’s an, seeing them fighting against the tightness while playing and screaming on their Thessalia. The musicians in Stoned Jesus talk about the single and upcoming tour: «The shortest and the most direct song off the record, it’s also one of the first written for Pilgrims. We’re so much looking forward to play the whole album live, but especially this one»!
The Ukraine trio is Igor Sydorenko on vocals & guitars, Serhij Sljussar on bass, Dmytro Zinchenko on drums. The band now plays a mix of doom metal, psychs stoner and progressive music.
Stoned Jesus is from Ukraine and started around early 2009 as Igor Sydorenko solo project. The first album, First Communion (2010), was total Sabbath/Wizard/Sleep worship, but with second full-length Seven Thunders Roar (2012) the band moved beyond the stoner doom sound. That record was a lot more diverse record, incorporating influences from grunge, psychedelia and even prog rock. Around that time Stoned Jesus also stepped out for touring game up, playing more European tours and eventually becoming the first Ukrainian band ever to perform in South America (that happened in 2016).
