Tiger Moth Tales: Lyrics from favorite childhood authors

Tiger Moth Tales - Story Tellers Part Two

Tiger Moth Tales have a new release entitled Story Tellers Part Two. Tiger Moth Tales is essentially the brain child of Nottinghamshire based musician and writer Peter Jones, who has been involved in the music industry performing around the UK and recording his own material since the late 90s. Pete was born on October 6th 1980. At fifteen months Pete lost his sight due to Retinoblastoma. Retinoblastoma is a rare malignant tumor of the retina, affecting young children. From an early age he was into all things musical and at the age of four had his first piano.

How much the loose of sight loss has effect Jones music career it’s impossible to say, but he had always had a knack of picking up music by ear pretty quickly. Although Pete Jones has dedicated a large portion of 2018 to being the vocalist, keyboard player and saxophonist with progressive rock legends Camel. He has also been very busy creating another stunning Tiger Moth Tales collection of songs. After the phenomenal reaction to The Depths Of Winter Jones decided to return to the Story Tellers concept of composing songs based on stories of some of his favorite childhood authors, this time including Hans Christian Andersen and A.A. Milne.

There are several songs about The Snow Queen and this time Pete has had the delight in participating in duets with his long time singing partner Emma Friend. Toad Of Toad Hal and Hundred Acre Wood will also enthrall fans of Jones’s clever song-writing and amazing musical dexterity. Jones’s take on the Aesop’s Fable The Boy Who Cried Wolf will probably be a fan favorite for many years to come.

Slikt krydderet finner man blant annet i musikk.
