P.O.E.: The dark, sick, evil side of human soul
P.O.E. - Of Humanity And Other Odd Things

The eclectic horror rock band P.O.E. (Philosophy Of Evil) sign with Revalve Records for the worldwide distribution of their debut album Of Humanity And Other Odd Things, which will be released on April 3, 2020.

It’s the tense for what is ugly, grotesque, unsettling that the genius of Edgar Allan Poe was able to describe sublimely with his poetry and his stories. The P.O.E.project has its roots in the cold Winter of 2012, when the crazy ideas hidden in Charles Woolridge’s degenerate mind begin to develop. Shortly thereafter these ideas become experimental pieces, in which purely metal sounds are combined with texts taken from E.A. Poe, mentor and muse inspiring the young composer for a long time. The desire to spread these ideas is getting stronger, but the road to achieving this goal is equally tortuous. After three years of research and changes, the formation is finally complete with the arrival of Aleksander Ladislaw on drums, Emmanuel Botch on guitar, and Francis Gebirge on bass, thus recording the first EP, published in 2015 and titled The Tell-Tale Heart.
