Gothblade – The Fall
There are actually at least 283 ok Philippines metal band according to metal archives. Many of them are active, some are not. Gothblade are active and have now released a new single The Fool three years after its debut EP Silent Suffering.
The single was recorded, mixed and mastered in Lucid Production Studios by Jexter Dean Buenaventura. Gothblade was formed as a one-man band in 2015 at Baguio, Philippines by Jexter Dean Buenaventurawho want to create his own project that combines beauty and brutality.
Gothbalde offers an unusual blend of Melodic Death Metal and Gothic Metal, Gothblade was conceived from the mind of one Jex (Jexter Dean Buenaventura). From a reggae and coffee shop focused music town of Baguio City, Gothblade emerges from the depths of its metal underground. After numerous gigs with obscure rock and roll, thrash and death metal bands Jex decided to create his own project.
