Faithfull’s career began when she, as a 16-year-old, made her version of the Rolling Stones’ As Tears Go By in 1964. She has since collaborated with big names such as David Bowie, Roger Waters and Mick Jagger. She also had a relationship between 1966 and 1970.
She has also played Ophelia in Hamlet (1969), and in 1971 she played in The Stronger with Britt Ekland. In 2007, he was nominated for the European Film Award for her role as Maggie in Irina Plam.
