It has barely been a month since Atrium released his previous EP, but DIY-guitarist Vince Ochoa shows he’s keeping up the creative mood he’s had since he began publishing music in 2015, with Cerulean being his twelth album so far. His music is instrumental and djenty progressive metal, and I’m equally impressed by the art work of his records, which stands out.
