Norwegian music so far in 2020 – Part 1. Metal, hard rock, and hardcore.

Four months has gone by this year, so I thought I’d do a quick summary of what has been released so far from Norwegian bands and artists. In this first part I’ll be concetrating on metal, hard rock, and hardcore.
Iranian/Norwegian black metal band From the Vastland recently dropped their new album The Haft Khan.
Alternative metalcore band Lyka from Skien released the EP MK I.
Alternative prog rock/metal band Mantric featuring ex-Extol members published their new album False Negative in the end of April.
The speedy black metal band with the ridiculous name Spy i Satans Dass (Puke in Satan’s toilet) dropped Fittå Te Jesus (Jesus’ Pussy)
Death metal band Cadaver put out their EP D.G.A.F. via Nuclear Blast.
The stoner/doom/psych/sludge metal band Bismarck from Bergen released Oneiromancer.
The one-man black metal band Skrymir from Hønefoss dropped Predominate.
The deathly thrash metal band Blastered from Oslo and Kongsberg released Aporia.
The symphonic two-man metal project Astra published Oathkeeper – Part 1.
Symphonic prog metal band Conception with Roy Khan (ex-Kamelot) released their first LP in 23 years called State of Deception.
Progressive black metal band Psalmtanic from Bergen dropped Psalmtanic Verses.
The sludgy/post doom metal band Dwaal from Oslo published Gospel of the Vile.
The hard rock/glam metal band Notörious from Bergen released Glamorized.
