BufferState: With very good video clip…..
BufferState - Archean

Yesterday Belgian Stoner/Progressive/ Metal/Rock band BufferState releases its very first music video Archean. Such an event is often a milestone for a band and Bufferstate is no exception. Probably very, very satisfied now.
The BufferState band describes themselves as, «Freebooters on stellar intercourse between post, grunge and metal. In this chaos of colliding forces you’ll feel a weirding calm one moment, jacking thrust the next. They are coming. To release their first load of songs all over you».
BufferState is from Ghent and two years ago they released their debut Ep Antrop and the above mentioned track Archean is taken from Antrop. This video clip that seems tailored to the corona lockdown. Around the more than six-minute epic, screenwriter director Josse De Maesschalck (aka Madness) built a story of a man who lives in a small house in line with his cat.
On the other side of the street, loving couples find comfort with each other. Small signs of affection that our protagonist watches from his window as he becomes increasingly introverted. Peter Glas’s expressive voice, supported by the instruments, showcases this lonely man’s growing hatred of people in an incredibly nice way. Very good music and video indeed.
