Mantric: With some real superb tracks…..

Mantric is a band composed entirely of former Extol members, even though most of them were only with Extol for a handful of years. The band plays a prog metal music with some very aggressive metal track some more rock track and some softer track. The band have driving rhythm and much good keys. False Negative is Mantric`s new and third album and The track Polyannna is a good start to present the band,

Maybe the track Towering Mountain is the best track on False Negative? Indeed most of what you can expect on a prog metal song is represented on the track, and as a bonus the finish of the song is actually excellent. Towering Moutain is also the song where the bandshowcases how high level of musical skills they actually have!

The track Queen Fatigue is also a very good song with some phenomenal moments and a fun vibe. False Neagtive is not a perfect album but a good prog metal album. There are now doubts that Mantric is very talented and hopefully on the next album they really prove that!
