Hyco is a transcontinental progressive metal band based in Asheville, NC and Seattle, WA. Taking influence from a range of artists on genres, the music is meant to defy easy comparison while being accessible and familiar, with a blend of heavy riffs, prominent electronics, and saccharine melodies. The track Spectre, with very good riffs and a very well-crafted song structure.
Hyco is a very energic band and their music imideately catch my attentions with their fascinating eclectic and ambitious approach.
