The track The Dark Paradise is Part I of a two part series.

The story of the song is about a siren and a young man that fall in love. But their love was never meant to be. One day the siren disappears and the man is left behind alone and broken. He wonders if it was real or all a dream and lives the rest of his life full of grief in a small house at sea. Sometimes he thinks he can hear her cries when he wanders his eyes over the vast horizon of the sea.

October Changes brings an eclectic blend of symphonic, industrial and gothic metal, fused together with some electronic influences.  The female vocalist delivers vocals that go from clean, more classic inspired to more powerful dark vocals. The result is a unique and variable sound that has the ability to reach beyond metal-music-lovers.

The band states, «The idea for the song Decay Of Sleeping Beauty was to tell a darker and somewhat lugubrious version of the tale Sleeping Beauty. But our goal is also to bring good music and to touch people with our songs and lyrics».
