Mar Assombrado: Recitations of poems and poetry…..
Mar Assombrado - Geografias Estranhas

Brazil is a gigantic country in area and also has plenty of inhabitants. The country is known for its beaches and that it is the only country in South America that speaks Portuguese. In addition, there is a lot of good music from Brazil as the prog band Mar Assombrado and their album Geografias Estranhas was released at the end of last year. A release with experimentel prog and with declamations of authorial poems. Mar Assombrado is translated, Haunted Sea
Seven years ago Mar Assombrado was founded in Recife by André Sena, whose intention was to write experimental prog and recitations of poems and poetry. The roots of the progressive rock of the band Mar Assombrado go beyond music: they are echoes of literary, historical, mythological references. The members of Mar Assombrado describe the project as a combination of music and poetry since most of the verses of the songs follow a recited line.
