Perfect storm is an extremely dynamic and adventurous Dutch rock band founded in Groningen, with influences from a wide spectrum of musical genres. With smashing guitar riffs, driving drums, tight bass lines, velvet voices and enchanting piano parts this new project brings the musical landscape an irresistible whirlwind from high and low pressure areas. The band have definitely their own sound and the keys are often very subtle. Some time they are very heavy but this is contrasted with some parts with pure melody, and as a bonus a clever use of electronic makes the band stand out in the crowd. The new album No Air was released some days ago.
