Nevertheless Icelandic Death Metal band Devine Defilement have released their new single «Psuedopsychotic Possession». The single was written and recorded during the Covid-19 pandemic and tells the story of Michael Taylor, who murdered his wife after an exorcism by the local pastors. It was recorded at L87 Studio by Guitarist Snorri Björnsson, mix and mastering by Haukur Hannes, and artwork by Andkill Art. The band states, «Note: The content of this video is dramatized for artistic purposes!».

Icelandic Death Metal band Devine Defilement new single Crucificial Lobotomy is from their EP Primitive Gospel that that was released on the 1st of March. The EP was recorded by Snorri Björnsson at L87 Studio, and mix/mastered by Haukur Hannes.
Devine Defilement was formed in 2016 at Reykjavík, Iceland by Arni Hoffritz (Guitar) and Stefán Friðriksson (drums). The band released their debut album Obliviora in 2019 and toured Iceland. The new EP presents the band new vocalist Ingólfur Ólafsson that joined the band last year.
