Icelandic dark metal band Sorg released their new album Haf Sem Ber Tímans Og Harmanna Farg. The release was recorded, mixed and mastered at Galdr Studios by Víðir Mýrmann Thrastarsonand.
Sorg was formed as a one-man project by Icelandic painter, musician and philosopher – Víðir Mýrmann Thrastarsonand. The influence is a variety of disparate rock and metal genres, and contains interest in alchemy, romanticism, folklore, philosophy and history.

The musician Sorg or Mýrmann has released a fascinating and fresh album. The lyrics deals with a sea hazard and a young boy who is put to sea to learn about life and learn to work, become a man. Eight adventures songs about development, survival, time, hopes, glory and grief.
