We have some time ago made an article about the band Psilocybe Larvae, and they once again want us to write about their exciting music. Psilocybe Larva have released a new video for the track Run To Nowhere from their upcoming album!
Progressive doom/death band Psilocybe Larvae unveiled the music video for their newest single Run To Nowhere from the upcoming long-player Where Silence Dwells, to be released on CD format via Fono Ltd (Russia) and Red Rivet Records (Japan), as well as a cassette version (as self-release) on December 15th. The digital release will be available on December 10th. Vinyl is expected out in mid-February 2022.
The Russian band Psilocybe Larvae is named after a line in the song Whatever That Hurts by Tiamat. Between 2000 and 2012 they released four full-length album. Then they become quiet until now when they made the album Where Silence Dwells. The band is known for their lyrical themes about existentialism, pessimism and humanity.

Psilocybe Larvae plays a dark metal which is melodic and doom metal/death metal drained. The Russian band have a good mix of everything that many metal fans enjoy in this kind of music – heavy riffs, catchy melodies and dark atmosphere.The story of Psilocybe Larvae started in 1996 in the Russian city of Vyborg, After recording a first demo, Liar, in the very same year the band soon entered a professional studio to record a song for the Russian Alternative Extreme Music sampler.
