Graular: With melodic guitar riffs, fat chords and an aggressive rhythmic section.
Graular - Ashes

If a band has some similarities with bands as Caligula’s Horse, Tesseract, Dorje and Haken, they catch my interest. Granular is new acquaintance for me, but they match the similarity with the above mentioned bands.
With melodic guitar riffs, fat chords and an aggressive rhythmic section, combined with haunting vocals ranging from silk soft to a fierce punch, Graular combines musical impulses to perfect their modern take on rock. Ashes is beautifully crafted and perfectly performed. It is an epic journey.

Graular is a young, up and coming prog-inspired rock band, and takes on a progressive soundscape yet to be unveiled. The compatriots Leprous are definitely one of Granular sources of inspiration, but Granular have their own brand of prog with much distinctiveness.

Graular is an up-and-comming band from Norway, mixing intensity, groove and melodic melodies into a soundscape yet to be unveiled. With aims of pushing the slowly fading genre into the modern world,
the group draws inspiration from a vast spectrum of musical elements and genres.
The result is a hardhitting musical experience filled to the brim with attitude and determination. Ever since their conception in Oslo 2017, Graular has been hard at work writing original material and playing concerts for the humble citizens of Norway. With the release of their debut EP Ashes, Graular is
now turning their binoculars for the international stage, with the ultimate goal of world-domination!
