R.I.P. Mark Lanegan

Mark William Lanegan born November 25, 1964, died February 22, 2022 was an American musician, best known as the vocalist of the band Screaming Trees.
He also worked with Layne Staley from Alice in Chains in the band Mad Season, and in Queens Of The Stone Age, where he participated in selected concerts with the band throughout the early 2000s. Lanegan was also a vocalist in The Gutter Twins, a project he started with Greg Dulli. In addition to solo releases, he also released three albums with Isobell Champbell.
On his Twitter profile we could read this, «Our beloved friend Mark Lanegan passed away this morning at his home in Killarney, Ireland. A beloved singer, songwriter, author and musician he was 57 and is survived by his wife Shelley. No other information is available at this time. We ask please respect the family privacy».
