Knight Area: Darkness combined with hope!
Knight Area - D-Day II-The Final Chapter

The Normandy landings were the landing operations and associated airborne operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 of the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord during World War II. Codenamed Operation Neptune and often referred to as D-Day. 78 years later arrives D-Day II-The Final Chapter, but this is not about war but a hard rocking and very good prog band. Knight Area from the Netherlands, and this is a band I have follow in many years, and with great pleasure!
The story behind D-Day II-The Final Chapter is that Knight Area three years ago released the very well received album D-Day a 75th anniversary for the D-day and a tribute to the men and woman who participated in that event. The themes of the album is about psychic pain, of darkness combined with hope, and could apply to veterans of any wars. It becomes even more relevant as we watch the fighting in Ukraine, where average folks are being called on to do extraordinary things.
This is the eight album from Knight Area and a respectful tribute to those who did so much to liberate the world from the terror regime of Hitler and his companion. The band offers very, very good keyboards and stunning guitars on the album and all in all the best work from Knight Area so far since they started in 2004.
