Shadowboxing is an activity I don’t enjoy but Shadowboxing is an album from Bààn that I enjoy. The band offers an amalgam of rock, krautrock, ambient, jazz and psych. Bààn create an infectious atmosphere that immediately transports the listener to distant places. Bààn is translated from Vietnamese, Table.

Brussels duo Bààn released their impressing debut Reset and therefore we have big expectation to Shadowboxing.  The new album brimming with electronic snacks with a broad armada of influences, and sounds very good and compelling.
