DVL – Hush
DVL are a rock/heavy metal band from Glasgow, Scotland, and according to the band they play the music they love. The track Eternity is the first single from the debut album Hush out on WormHoleDeath Records and available on all streaming platforms now!
Says, We’ve always had a natural attraction to the darker, more ominous sounds in music and we really leaned into that when we were writing Hush.
We wrote and demoed all the songs for over 2 and a half years before finally going to Italy and recording it with our engineer at Titans LAB Recording Studio in September 2020.
This album is like a book of short stories. Not a concept album but each song tells it’s own individual tale. The title track Hush,
Musically we take cues from many genres and many artists but our writing is also heavily influenced by other media such as Horror film, comic books and video games.
