From the depths of the Niagara region in Canada, comes Eaten By Sharks with their new album Eradication due out on August 26th. Produced by Chris Donaldson (Cryptopsy), they are now ready to take listeners by storm with the follow-up to their 2013 debut We’re Gonna Need A Bigger Bo”. Heavy odd-time beats swirl into catchy riffs, with sonic elements reminiscent of Meshuggah, Dethklok, and Dying Fetus.

Eaten By Sharks splice their take on technical death metal with the apex predators of the ocean culminating in Eradication, a nautical-themed first-person horror experience. Fans of Fit For An Autopsy, Cattle Decapitation, and Revocation will be especially interested in taking the plunge into this new album.

«Eradication toes the line of music and concept, metal meets shark. The album delivers seven tracks, lyrically depicting the horrors of mankind using oceanic imagery. It represents our best fin forward, pulling out all the stops to get the listener to Drop anchor and experience the package as a whole. Lots of tasty treats in our instrumental approach, progressively chomping through each song with razor-sharp riffs and bone-crunching rhythms. Lyrically, taking the con to steer the narrative into the nautical hell that is Eaten By Sharks. Additionally, topping it off with Christian Donaldson’s sonic production, the rattles your existence like a mega-tsunami». – Eaten By Sharks

About Ulf Backstrøm (7413 Articles)
Slikt krydderet finner man blant annet i musikk.
