Proceed On Your Way To Oblivion – Ceremorphosis

Some of us proceed on our way to oblivion unfortunately, but fortunately most of do act well. Well or even more than well the band Proceed On Your Way To Oblivion act and they are thrilled with the new album Ceremorphosis. Proceed On Your Way To Oblivion featuring members of Through The Eyes Of The Dead, Aronious, and We Are The Romans, and the new album is supported by Blood Blast Distribution.

The new force in U.S. technical death metal, Proceed On Your Way To Oblivion, is set to release debut album Ceremorphosis on September 23 via Blood Blast Distribution. Proceed On Your Way To was formed in 2018 by Michael Ranne Jr and Steve Visone. The band members reside in several locations throughout the U.S. The name of the band was taken from a line by Unicron, a character in the 1986 animated motion picture Transformers the Movie, although quite a bit of the subject matter contained in the lyrics deal in Dungeons and Dragons lore. God musikk til å trigge mine musikalske smaksløker, og til å sette i gang mine refleksjoner. Da er sjansen stor for at jeg utvikler meg og lærer, noe som bør være drivstoff for et hvert menneske. Fordi det å lære og utvikle seg er noe som tilfører livet en nødvendig porsjon "krydder". Slikt krydderet finner man blant annet i musikk. Ikke overraskende mener jeg at progressiv musikk har den fineste "smaken". På den annen side kan musikk med eller uten progressive elementer være godt nok til hverdags. Til fest derimot holder bare rendyrket prog! Må jo også få med at jeg rimelig kritisk, og jeg mener at det lages mye prog som er i beste fall uinteressant, og faktisk mye som er pinlig dårlig. Heldigvis oppveies dette av ekstremt dyktige aktører som for eksempel: Flower Kings, Mostly Autumn og White Willow, for å nevne noen tilfeldig valgte.
