Vennart: Revisits his progressive roots as a solo artist.

Vennart - To Cure a Blizzard Upon a Plastic Sea

Michael J. Vennart’s music goes towards progressive rock when he compose his solo material, and have received good feedback for his recently released second album called To Cure a Blizzard Upon a Plastic Sea.

From his hometown of Manchester he puts out music under his surname, and he tends to mix different genres into his music, which can include indie, art, and progressive rock, and you can hear bands like The Beatles and Frost* in his compositions and his singing style. Playing progressive rock isn’t something new for the artist, as a former member of now disbanded Oceansize. He’s also a regular member for the indie rock band British Theatre, and acts a live musician for alternative rock band Biffy Clyro.
