Internal Chronicles: Ode to love

The single Crimson Maiden from the upcoming second album called Crimson Storm, and full album from the band Internal Chronicles was released in January 2019 through Guts’n’Blood Label & Distro.

Internal Chronicles is a one-man blackened gothic doom project from Zagreb, Croatia. It consists of NoOne who plays all the instruments. We may say it tabloid that NoOne is playing thrilling music! Crimson Storm is a concept album that NoOne had in mind for years. Finally, he managed to record it and recruit a few session members who managed to raise the whole album on another level.

Crimson Storm is a metaphor for love, with all its beautiful, painful, incredible, awful, magical and violent dimensions that true love brings. It is also a statement against people who have given up or have decided that true love doesn’t exist. It is an ode to love… Ode to her.

Internal Chronicles started off as a two-man project from Zagreb, Croatia. It consisted of NoOne and Antares who played all the instruments, recorded and mixed everything by themselves in a home studio. The first album was called Out Of Sanity’s Reach. It is a blend of doom and melodic black metal.The duo wanted to start the project as a full band but couldn’t find musicians for the type of music they wanted to create so they decided to do everything themselves.

All songs were written during 2011. But the motivation to record and publish was lost so the project was shut down. Finally, in 2017 the project was revived under the name Internal Chronicles and their first album Out of Sanity’s Reach was recorded and released independently in January 2018. During 2018. Antares left the band because of lack of motivation and time constraints so Internal Chronicles is now a one-man band. NoOne handles the whole process from start to finish.
