The track We Will, is a critique on where we are today and where could be one day. Laced with childlike innocence and hope for humanity’s future, it is a direct and optimistic plea for peace and societal improvement. We Will is the first single from Hemina’s 4th album Night Echoes which is to be released on 9 August 2019.

The band’s fourth album Night Echoes is the most collaborative work to date offering the eclectic flavors of what fans have come to expect in the past as well as a new palette and range of emotional expression never before heard from the group. Hemina return with a more concise 45 minute concept album exploring adolescence, nostalgia, grief, and loss in the 21st century with a thematic arc to accompany and elaborate on their previous conceptual output. Night Echoes is Hemina at their most emotional and melodic without ignoring the aggressive and venomous side that keeps the music in balance. Hemina is a prog metal band formed in 2008 by Douglas Skene. The band’s goal was to write an interesting take on progressive metal combining the sonic extremities and musical virtuosity of the genre whilst preserving the artistic edge, forward-thinking philosophy and dynamic subtleties found in progressive rock.
