Frust: Experimental and fascinating one man project

Frust is a post metal solo-project, located in Austria. The project was founded in early 2018 by Mario Steiner. Steiner have so far released a self-published EP and earlier this year the debut full length album Recruring Dreams was released.

Frusts goal is to create a more unique experimental form of post metal with some blackend, trashy, folky influences including Syrian and Bulgarian female vocals. Frusts music is influenced by a wide range of genres and bands, like Alcest, The Cure, Sepultura, Darkthrone, and even Björk, just to name a few. Because Frust isn´t performing live on stage, several live content will follow via the internet. Also, the writing process for the next release has begun.
