E-an-na: Frozen Waters
E-an-na - Nesfârşite

The music concept E-an-na represents mainly a metaphysical world, in which the universal laws to which we are used to do not apply. It’s a world forged for those who want to depart from this world, which is entropic and filled with negative thoughts, so they can fully focus on the things that matter, that give us a reason to live. It’s a world for those wanting to follow their own way, without being distracted by little, meaningless things.
The band E-an-na has just released the new song Apele Îngheţate (The Frozen Waters) together with a video. With each release the band strays further away from the conventions of regular folk metal, trying to bring something new and fresh to the genre.
Apele Îngheţate deals with depression and topics deriving from it, depicting an abstract place or being that functions for each of us as a shelter. The song is part of the upcoming album Nesfârşite which translated is Endless. Nesfârşite will be released in ten days. The album contains 13 songs and is graced by some internationally known guest musicians. The track Echipa 2k19,
Michalina Malisz from Eluveitie, Archy Jay a.k.a. The Snake Charmer, Daniel Neagoe from Clouds, Eye Of Solitude, Shape Of Despair, Aeonian Sorrow and Robert Cotoros fom The Bipolar Disorder Project.
E-an-na states, «We all have our fears. Our demons. Personal times when nothing seems to make sense anymore. When giving up on life seems so easy, near and convenient. And still, we don’t give up, because most of us have a sacred center where none of the above matter, where we feel safe and welcome. This center is an abstract notion, and may vary from individual to individual».
«It could be music, or your beloved one, a physical remote place. There is no border that defines or allows what this center can or cannot be. Only the comforting feeling it provides defines it, and its shelter against the frozen waters».
