Advent Of Bedlam: Fleshes of blackened barbarism

Costa Rica is most known as a tropical paradise I guess? There are also space for metal and according to Metal Achieves there are at least 250 solid metal band. I`m familiar with some of them and most with Corpse Garden, and now I came across the band Advent Of Bedlam. The band delivers very different riff and I find it intriguing and it`s obvious that the band is very skilled musicans and good song writers.

Costa Rican extreme metallers Advent Of Bedlam have premiered their video for the track A Liar’s Spit on which is taken off from the band’s latest full-length Human Portal Phenomenon. The band delivers a brand of death metal that’s ferocious and technically impressive, augmented by progressive instrumental flourishes, flashes of blackened barbarism, and a welcome attention to melody.

Advent of Bedlam is a Death Metal band from Heredia, Costa Rica. Founded in 2000 under the name December’s Cold Winter, later changed their name to Advent Of Bedlam, the band has won several contests and awards, has released 4 albums under both names, has toured North America and Europe and has shared stage with bands like Obituary, Behemoth, Amon Amarth, Sepultura, Fear Factory, Dismember, Malevolent Creation, Exhumed, Rotten Sound, Tim Aymar and Shannon Hamm (Control Denied) among others.
