Steve Katsikas: Big community of musicians
Steve Katsikas – Hidden Village

There are many multi-instrumentalists and Steve Katsikas is one of them and on December 3rd he will release his new album Hidden Village. The track America features Roy Strattman on guitar, Luis Nasser on bass, Jeff Gard on drums, and John Lieto on trombone.
The name Hidden Village reflects the unbelievable contributions of 20 unique musicians, friends from a threaded journey that has taken me from city to city, genre to genre, band to band, and life event to life event. The village is the community of musicians that made this album possible. Some tracks were tunes that just didn’t quite fit Little Atlas, but the bandmates long history together created a sense of comfort and confidence that perfectly led to their contributions. Steve Katsikas handles keyboards and vocals in Little Atlas.
Little Atlas was founded in Miami, USA in 1994, and they have a hiatus between 2008-2013 but are now still active. Katsiskas states about the song Solitary, «My homage to Saturday morning creature feature type movies! Film is the public domain Dracula (1931). Features Roy Strattman on guitar, Rik Bigai on bass, Mark Whobrey on drums, and Allie Summers on violin. Vocals, keyboards, and saxophone by me».
Little Atlas is a Miami-based, original progressive rock band. The band is steeped in the traditions of modern progressive rock layered within strong songwriting. They successfully include the drive and energy of newer rock music with beautiful analog keyboard sounds. Their style unleashes an extraordinarily wide range of musical experimentation among genres such as progressive rock, hard rock, symphonic rock, and classic rock.
