Scarlet Desire: Oliver Palotai do the orchestrations

Esa Mikkola (guitars, composing), Danae Komodromou (vocals, composing) is the symphonic metal band Scarlet Desire.  The Finnish-Greek duo have released their first single Cry For Your Name from their upcoming album.

Scarlet Desire was founded by Esa Mikkola and Danae Komodromou in 2014 in London, UK. Mikkola has a long history playing guitar and keyboards in metal bands like BloodRose and Psychema. Komodromou on the other hand has graduated from Trinity College in London where she studied Opera performance and piano. But she has always had a passion for symphonic metal.

Kamelot’s keyboard player Oliver Palotai do the orchestrations for Cry For Your Name and Jacob Hansen (mixing engineer for Amaranthe and Volbeat) to mix and master it. Lyric video is made by Patrik Nuoreva / Perish Films, who also did Amaranthe’s Boomerang lyric video.
