Strange Conversations: Prog without the pretense
Strange Conversations - Blase' Faire
Jeremy Haynes: Vocal, keyboards, pianos, guitars, bass, and drums and his brother Joseph Haynes with vocal is the band Strange Conversations. They will in a few days deliver their new concept album Blase’ Faire. That album is a genry-bendy mix of 80s, 90s and 00s rock, and the track Stranglehold is a taster of what to come on Blase` Faire! The listners can enjoy a ripping keyboard solo from the the extreme clever Derek Sherinian (Sons of Apollo and formerly of Dream Theater). The track has a definite heavy prog sound but also features tons of 70s classic rock vibe many listeners would probably love!
TheHaynes brothers both lives on the east coast of USA, but one north in Salem in New Hampshire and the other in south in Hahira in Georgia! The Haynes brother grew up in the same house, and there was always much music. They soon decided that they would use the varied musical influences they shared as an inspiration to write music together. Prog without the pretense is a definition they use about their music. The Haynes brothers are not wired to conform to one specific style of music because there’s great things to showcase in all genres. The album Blase` Faire is no exception to that rule.
