Nauthik: Musical maelstrom of heavy fuzz-guitars

It’s getting deep, slow and heavy… Germany’s Nauthik released their debut full-length Araganu through Auric Records on January 24, 2020. Araganu is a slow-moving musical maelstrom of heavy fuzz-guitars, groove and the fascianting melody of negativity, German Funeral Doom with lyrics inspired by traditional Sardinian Chant Procurade é Moderare originally written by Francesco Ignazio Mannu in 1794. A furious anti-feudal statement against oppression, against despotism and egoism.

The city of Cologne is 2000 years old, prosperous and the traditional Catholic city is located by the Rhine. Five years ago, the band Nauthik was founded in this old town. Two years later Nauthik`s debut came, a split album with the band Babylon Asleep.
