…And The Wild Returns is the first album of The Wolf You Feed, a project envisioned by the bass player and songwriter Grégory Breton and recorded with the contribution of the skilled and renowned musicians Karim Attoumane on guitars and production (The Etherist, CharlElie Couture, Zuul FX…), Aurélien Ouzoulias on drums (Mörglbl, Satan Jokers, ZUUL FX, Disconnected, Temple of Silence, …) and Mehdi Vigier, a complete artist from outside of the Metal scene, on vocals. The band states, «The name of this musical project comes from the old Native American «Tale Of The Two-wolves» whose origin is however unknown and contested. This tale, widely shared on social networks these days, features two wolves fighting each other, one embodying negative emotions and attitudes (such as anger, envy, jealousy, sadness, regret, greed, resentment, superiority, arrogance, self-pity and lies) and the other, all positive feelings and states of mind (joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, benevolence, empathy, generosity, compassion, faith and truth)».
