Felidae: With own interpretation of the Fallen Angel…..

Russian Hard Art Rock band Felidae released their new video Падший Ангел The Fallen Angel- cover of Russian rock band Nautilus Pompilius. Video director/Screenwriter – Oksana Glazunova. Recorded in JustStudio, Yur Studio, Osinski Record, MIR Recording Studio. Mixed/mastered: Roman Arsafes

Singer Lyudmila Meshkova commented: «We wanted to make our own interpretation of the Fallen Angel, to put our cry in it about WHAT it is to fall down after trying to be fair and kind. Therefore, in our performance the song turned out like this, fear and numbness at the beginning and a cry of despair near the end. The Judgment of the Last Judgment, how could it be otherwise if the angels fall from heaven?».

«The clip The Fallen Angel became a story about a heavenly army, exorbitant responsibility and an unfulfilled desire to cope with an ongoing disaster. The story of the temptation and disappointment in a miracle beckoning by unrealizable hopes, resulting in even greater disaster».

Lyudmila Meshkova explained in detail what a pressing sensation of resonance is concentrated in her lines: «I tried to be fair and kind, and it did not seem either scary or strange to me that crowds of people who came down to earth gathered to watch the Angel fall».

«In this, I have always seen incredible pain from how sometimes everything goes wrong. About why, why the hell, why should good intentions lead to hell? The fact that the truth is quite often, attempts to do something better and kinder turn into a fall against you, in many senses of the word. And at such moments, it really seems that animals and creatures with eyes like lamps cling to you, because it all feels more like a manifestation of someone’s evil will than a cold regularity or idiotic accident, due to a combination of circumstances».
