The refuge itself is a huge coastal plain that stretches over 19 million acres and where countless birds live. The area has a melancholy and gloomy beauty and is an important source of inspiration for the Oslo band. The above mentioned song Godthåb is where the synths, bass and guitars interact exemplary and it builds up to crescendo before there is a massive effective ending with screaming guitars and synths.
