Prijedor is known for its Eastern Orthodox Christian, Catholic and Islamic heritage, but there is still room for a metal band from the city!

I have never come across a band from Bosnia And Herzegovina before today, but see that country has at least 150 active metal bands. Futurephobia plays Thrash/Death Metal and have released their debut EP Last Rites some weeks ago.

Last Rites is the first official release by Futurephobia in the form of a 5 track EP – mini album. It includes 3 singles: Forgotten that was released with an Official Music Video back in July 2018, Time Can’t Stand Still released in October 2019 and Spirit With The Axe released in January 2020. The EP was recorded, mixed and mastered in the band’s home studio in Sanski Most in the period from November 2017 to March 2019.

Futurephobia is Thrash/Death Metal band from Bosnia & Herzegovina formed in 2014, that follows the footsteps of Old School pioneers like Sepultura, Kreator, Sodom, Metallica, Death, Exodus, Annihilator etc.
