Black Void Cult was born from the abyss with a single goal in mind: Creating harmonic passages of consciousness without sub- genre boundaries where everything matters equally: Lyrics, vocals, songwriting, they all come together to form a single, obscure entity that will guzzle your soul into the void and rise your darkest feelings to the surface.

Black Void Cult’s debut Dysphoria is an Atmospheric/Melodic/Depressive Black Metal Album with symphonic influences that revolves around a simple concept: Sorrow. The words that exist in different languages and cultures to describe it. Sometimes it is a particular kind of sorrow, applied only to specific moments or feelings, and a lot of these words don’t have English translation.

Black Void Cult is:

Nihblökk: All music, lyrics, arrangements, backing & clean vocals, rhythm guitars, programming, synths & piano.

Fernando León: Lead guitar, orchestral arrangements.

Moctte Zumma: Vocals.

The album was produced by Nihblökk and Fernando León, and mixed and mastered by Alejandro Orozco at Saturn Digital Studios Track names 6 & 7 taken from The Dictionary Of Obscure Sorrows by John Koenig.

Black Void Cult was formed in 2017 at Mexico City by Nihblökk (Vocals/Guitars) as a one-man band, but soon after it’s grown to a full lineup band joining Fernando Leon (guitars) and Moctte Zuma (Vocals) joined the band and the lineup was completed.
