Marcin Pajak: Explore the atmospheric aspect….
Marcin Pajak - Last Day

Skarżysko-Kamienna is a town in northern Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in Poland by Kamienna River, and here grew Marcin Pajak up. He has now relocated to England permanently and have recently released the album Last Day. On the new album he offers a very nice evocative, harmonic, intriguing and atmospheric music that last close to an hour! Pajak is a multi-instrumentalist and he played practically all instruments (guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, saxophone, and all kinds of percussion), ending with vocals on Last Day which is his third offering. In addition he on the new album as on the two previous he do the cover art which is very good and colorful.
On his second album Who I Am he explored rock and even metal, but now the music is darker and more subdued. The atmospheric aspect is very in focus and Pajak have made a very good and coherent album. As a bonus Pajak conjures up a close to magical mystical soundscapes, and this album is an impressing varied and very good album.
