Deimos: Now the beast hungers for blood…..

Deimos is an international music project, based in Los Angeles, CA.  The leader of the project is Matt Taylor, but he works together with some great musicians from Middle-Europe too. They just released their first album Those Who Built The Sky.

The band plays what could be defined as progressive groove/thrash metal. In addition the band must not be confuse with Deimos from Florida, Deimos from Iowa / Arizona, Deimos from Texas and Deimos from New York! The track Bite The Hand That Feed,

They promise everything but offers nothing

Withered lives pushed into slavery

Kept alive by an infusion

Oppressed system designed by yourself

Hand that feeds one day will chain you

The animal instinct breaks out

Anger tears our lord’s flesh

And their smothered scream will consume everything

Bite the hand that feeds

Now the beast hungers for blood

Forecasted destinies from a past

Is this the year of insurrection?

It will come in every era

For a time, self-forgotten peace prevails

They return behind the scenes

In possession of insidious plans

They sprinkle words of hatred

Their bloodshot eyes will follow your footsteps

Bite the hand that feeds

Now the beast hungers for blood
