Ashes In Sapphire: Prog from Guayaquil …..

The city of Guayaquil was in 2020 hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now much more pleasant things are happening in the city such as the debut album of the band Ashes In Sapphire!

Ashes In Sapphire is a band hailing from Guayaquil in Venezuela. Everything on the debut album From Twilight To Light is produced by Cristhian Zambrano writing songs as a thought experiment and weird lyrics!

Zambrano states, «This album is self-released completely made by myself and through this journey I learned how to do the production as well as how to play guitar, bass and singing. I believe that music has to be available for everyone so I decided to give it away for free. That being said, if you decide to donate, all your donations are deeply appreciate and they all will be used for financing the next project. Thank you for supporting and let me know what you think. Zambrano describes the music as prog metal but there are not a typical metal music offered by Ashes In Sapphire. There are some nice and hard guitar parts but even more very good piano lines and keyboards in a prog setting. Zambrano is a young and very talented songwriter and musician and I look forward to more music from this fine musician.
