Nick Fletcher: A phantom guitarist and in the absolutely world class…..

Dave Bainbridge is a musician I have discovered to be reasonably active. I recently discovery him as a guest musician on the album Cycles Of Behavior recently released by Nick Fletcher. Flercher is a phantom guitarist and in the absolutely world class.

Nick Fletcher is a  prog rock/fusion and classical guitarist. Flercher was born in 1960 spent many years as a session musician and classical guitarist performing in the UK and Europe. Fletcher is also guitarist in the John Hackett Band. Nick Flercher recorded the CD Beyond The Stars on Esoteric records with John Hackett Band in 2018. His new album is as mentioned above Cycles Of Behaviour. No John Hackett return that favor with playing on Fletcher`s Cycles Of Behaviour.

Nick Fletcher have many influences and incorporate inspiration from well-known prog band but also jazz fusion, Ravel and Stravinsky and as a bonus the English choral composer Herbert Howells! Fletcher`s music is often quite powerful and with a fair amount of virtuosic guitar playing and the composition have often very emotional moments and explores evocative sound scapes.
