7 Days: With two remastered albums…..

Swedish melodic metal project 7days just released a new lyric video for You Hold The Key, the first single from their upcoming remixed and remastered album Into Forever.

The 7days debut album The Weight Of The World was originally released in 2006, and the second album Into Forever in 2010. Remixed and remastered versions of both albums will be released on CD and digital on May 28th via Ulterium Records.

The Swedish melodic metal project 7days was founded by guitar player Markus Sigfridsson (Darkwater, Harmony, All Things Fallen) and also features Thomas Vikström (Therion, ex. Candlemass) on vocals, Andreas Passmark (Royal Hunt, ex. Narnia, Harmony) on bass and Daniel Flores (The Murder of My Sweet, Mind’s Eye) on drums. Here we obviously have 4 skilled and experienced musicians.

Both new versions features updated artwork by Markus Sigfridsson. The Weight Of The World features the bonus track Equinox originally included on the Japanese version of the album and Into Forever features the bonus track Frontier.

Kaspar Dahlqvist (ShadowQuest, Dionysus) performs keyboard solos on both releases, and guests on Into Forever also includes Christian Liljegren (Narnia, DivineFire, Audiovision), Erik Tordsson (All Things Fallen, End Of September) and Caroline Sigfridsson.

7days – You Hold the Key

Dark, dark is your mind

Fear, fear holds your name

Running through a life that’s clear

Hearing stories that don’t seem to mean a thing

We hold the key to every door

And at the end

Will we see that there was so much more

You hold the key

To open all doors

Obscure, obscure are your thoughts

Cold, cold is your mind

Claiming that nothing you fear

Giving in in pain and you’re free again

We hold the key to every door

And at the end

Will we see that there was so much more

You hold the key

To open all doors

Miracles, they never come your way

Miracles, won’t happen by themselves

We hold the key to every door

And at the end

Will we see that there was so much more

We hold the key to every door

And at the end

Will we see that there was so much more

We hold the key…
