Clive Nolan: Based on the saga of Beowulf…..
Clive Nolan - Song Of The Wildlands

The stories of dragons probably exist because dragons actually existed. And not enough of that. There are reasons to believe that the fabled beasts may have just gone into a long hibernation, and may reappear when conditions improve. In the meantime, we can listen to the song The Dragon Fire!
The track Dragon Fire is from the album Songs Of The Wildlands and the man behind the song is Clive Nolan. The album is based on the saga of Beowulf and spanning the genres of rock, folk, symphonic rock and classical music.
Statement about the album Songs Of The Wildlands, «We are happy to announce Crime Records, in collaboration with We Låve Rock Music, will release the forthcoming project by a legend of the British progressive rock scene, Clive Nolan, known for his role in bands such as Arena (official FB) and Pendragon. The album “Song of the Wildlands” is based on one of the epics of Old English literature entitled “Beowulf”, a tale of grandeur and heroic deeds, about a Scandinavian warrior fighting the world of evil».
«The album will be released in 2021 in two formats: a double vinyl, and an Earbook. The Earbook is a vinyl-size hardback book containing four discs: the album, a special instrumental version of the album, and a documentary on both DVD and Blu Ray formats. Inside the book, you will find amazing artwork by David Wyatt, photographs, English and Old English lyrics, and other details about the project. Song Of The Wildland” has gathered a vast number of artists, including four soloists, an international 200 voice choir, and a rock band, resulting in a highly impressive musical and visual experience».
