Between The Planets - Parallel World

I have visited Prague, Czech Republic many years ago and enjoyed that town very much. When I became familiar with the band Between The Planet the good memories was trigged because the band hailing from Prague. As a bonus the band is very clever and I really enjoy their music. The album Parallel World will soon be released and here are the track Waves Of Consciousness,
«The music of Between The Planets combines touches of ambient, electronic music, art rock and djent-influenced metal grooves and also frequent post metal elements. The album features guests the great guitarist Sam Vallen from the Australian band Caligula’s Horse among others». Indeed a fascinating amalgam of many and different music stiles!

Few words about the album:
«Each of us lives in part in our parallel worlds. They are worlds formed by our ideas, visions, dreams, wishes, they are limited only by our minds and how far we dare to look. They exist independently next to our reality, they are not limited by matter, and everything is possible in them».
«For me, music is one of the parallel worlds. It’s also a world that I have associated with a variety of colors, which I tried to reflect on the new album as much as possible. The new album is not conceptual, but it can be said that the name Parallel World outlines its overall content.. ».
Between the Planets have previously found their handwriting, combining ambient, electronic background, art rock and djent-influenced metal groove, but there is a clear shift in structure and work with sound at first glance on new album.
Despite the sound-rich stratification and massive sound, the album is compact and continuously graded, Martin Spacosh’s careful mix then allows hear even the finest details. Jacob Hansen (Katatonia, Evergrey, Amaranthe, Vola, Aborted, etc.) also took care of the mastering.
There are 9 songs on Parallel World and they are released on both a classic CD and a cassette.
