Malady: With plenty of Hammond, Mellotron, modular synthesizer, Wurlitzer and Minimoog.
Malady - Ainavihantaa
Ainavihantaa is translated Always Evergreen, and Ainavihantaa is the new and third album from the Finnish retro prog band Malady. Malady is inspired by Camel, Landberk, PFM, Van Der Graaf Generator but they definitely plays their own and fascinating brand of prog.
Their music is very reminiscent to the Scandinavian Prog of the 70’s, with influences of folk and symphonic music. It’s also pretty soft and melodic, sung in Finnish and featuring plenty of Hammond, Mellotron, modular synthesizer, Wurlitzer and Minimoog.
