One of the nicest and most exciting things I can do is to present bands that are not necessarily so well-known and famous, but which are extremely talented and which make very exciting and fascinating music. Today Road Trip from Stoke-On-Trent!
Merry Go Round is the new album from the band Road Trip and David Hulatt is the mastermind in this music project.
Road Trip is a psychedelic journey through your mind. About our journey of life without boundaries, escaping the mundane to the other. Road Trip was conceived with authenticity and previous dedication to many bands, including The Dream Circuit who performed at HRH Prog a few years back. Dave Hulatt has played alongside luminaries such as Nick Turner or Dave Anderson from Hawkwind. Road Trip is as mentioned above Dave Hulatt who, as a solo performer, is on an exciting adventure creating an authentic and unique sound of self-penned psychedelic progressive melodic rock.
Hulatt says, «Solo act with an authentic and unique sound of covers from artists such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Blue Oyster Cult and self-penned psychedelic progressive melodic rock. A Road Trip in your mind!».
If you enjoy prog where guitars dominate but the keyboards support exemplary and the instrumental parts are long and delicate, then Road Trip is for you.
