Invoke The Ghosts is the 5^th album by the German acoustic folk prog artists Melanie Mau & Martin Schnella featuring only original compositions. Martin Schnella is the former guitarist for the progressive metal band Flaming Row.  Both Martin and Melanie were/are recent members of Frequency Drift and Seven Steps To The Green Door.

This duo came about through mutual love of classic rock, and particularly prog songs, and indeed most of their output up until now has consisted of unplugged covers, but they are always working on their own material.

All instruments and vocals recorded by Martin Schnella @ Overlodge Recording Studio except: Jens Kommnick recorded his celtic instruments and vocals at his homestudio in Wremen. Sobhán Kennedy recorded her vocals at Jens Kommnicks homestudio in Wremen. Steve Unruh recorded his violin at his homestudio in the USA. Mathias Ruck recorded his vocals at his homestudio in Rostock. Lars Lehmann recorded his bass guitars at his homestudio in Hannover
