I get a lot of inquiries every day from people in the music industry who want me to write about the music they represent. Not everything appeals to me, but today the band Great Galactic Ghouls appeared. And this band I really enjoy and I applaud their music.
Great Galactic Ghouls is sextet from Oslo, Norway, playing progressive rock. Featuring members from Execration, JR Ewing, Altaar and One Tail, One Head.
Through the pandemic, the sextet from Oslo has rehearsed relentlessly and recorded five songs in just over 40 minutes that represent a wide range of inspirations; from art rock, film music, hard rock and jazz to progressive and psychedelic rock. The track Gravedigger`s Lullaby,

The band spends the summer and fall writing new material for a debut album and taking the music to a stage near you.
